~~ Pastured Pork~~

Each year we raise a limited number of hogs. Our pigs are allowed to run, play and root and are never
fed antibiotics, hormones, growth promotants, meat or meat by-products. They thrive on our custom
mixtures of fine grains. They are finished in the old-world tradition with milk, producing the most tender,
flavorful natural pork you have ever eaten. Our hogs are custom cut to your specifications and may be
processed without preservatives.

~~ Pastured Lamb~~

Our Dorset sheep mow and fertilize the pastures naturally. A limited number of lambs are available in
late fall (Oct-Dec) and late spring (May-July) for those who want the very best in natural lamb.

As all of us are aware, prices have skyrocketed this year. The cost of our high quality feeds have
increased by 40%. However, since our goal is to provide the finest pork and lamb possible, regardless of
the increase in feed prices, we are setting this year's prices at below our cost increases at what we
believe are realistic prices.
Our Hogs and Lambs will be harvested in October-November.

Gourmet Pastured Pork - $2.95 lb. hanging weight (whole or half)

Gourmet Pastured Lamb - $3.25 lb. hanging weight (whole or half)
