White Oak Farm is a 22-acre working farm centrally located in Lane County, Oregon, 16 miles from downtown Eugene, 8 miles from the airport (EUG), and 1 mile from Fern Ridge Lake. We are dedicated to producing the finest in gourmet, pastured lamb and pork as well as extraordinary raw honey. Our old-fashioned Dorset sheep are wonderful mothers and lambs are born in late February, allowing us to harvest young lambs in November. We get weaner pigs from a neighboring farm in May and harvest in late October. Our bees feast on all the fruits, berries, vegetables, and decorative flowers here on the farm (as well as our neighbor’s filbert trees!) and produce a fabulous light, complex honey which we harvest in September.
